The North Wales Pilgrim's Way is a long-distance walking route following in the footsteps of the Celtic Saints of the sixth century. From Basingwerk Abbey on Deeside to Aberdaron and Bardsey island on the westernmost tip of the Llyn Peninsular the path leads through farmland and forst, over moorland and mountainside, across sandy beaches and along quiet counrty lanes. You will encounter ancient stone circles, secluded pilgrim churches and holy wells as you journey through some of the most spectacular scenery North wales has to offer
